| Brikwars | |
This year, as last time, there are plans for 2 Brikwars battles. The battles will be fought based on the details provided below. in addition, on the public day, we would hope that competitors would be willing to participate in "friendly" battles where people who have come in to see the display can either (dependant on force owners): - watch.
- give suggestions to players
- make moves/take turns in battle(s)
As far as the competetive battles on the Saturday go, the following applies. Participant requirements: - Pre-register their intention to participate with the coordinator via email to

stating their intended battle (TL 3 or TL 5...or BOTH) and the name of their army and commander.
- Players to either bring their own forces, or contact organisers to request an army.
- provide at least 1 piece of scenery for the battle, being at least 16 x 32 studs in size, and appropriate for the TL of the battle. It is up to the owner of this whether it is :
- able to be damaged or is indestructible
- has an accessible interior (in the case of structures)
- contains weapon emplacements/strategically useful areas. (hidden weapons, etc. must be disclosed to adjudicator and all other participants prior to battlefield creation.)
If at all possible, it would be appreciated if participants could do a "write-up" of the battle from their commanders point of view (should they survive of course) It would also be appreciated if players could participate in the Sunday "friendlies". Rules:- 2001 ruleset will be used
- An independant adjudicator will be available to make a final decision on any issues related to the battle that may come up.
- All forces are to come with stat sheets prepared.
- Forces have a maximum of 500cp size, but may need to be reduced subject to battle conditions.
- Super powers (or similar) must bediscussed with the adjudicator prior to battle. There is no guarantee that these will be permitted, so don't bring a team of "bullet-proof" close-combat specialist unless you are prepared for a possible bloodbath...
- Remember to check back here closer to the even in case anything changes...
