One adult only per form. Please submit separate forms for additional adults.

• Full registration, child - $25 (under 15 - must be accompanied by an adult)
  
• Public expo, adult - $5
• Public expo, child - $2.50
• Public expo, family - $15 (2 adults and up to 4 children)

T-Shirts are $30ea and payment must be made along with your registration fee.
The last possible date for the order of a T-Shirt is the 14th of December. After that date T-Shirts are NOT available.
