In order to display your creations at Brickvention, you will need to have completed the following:

1. Registered for the weekend (not just the Sunday)
2. Contact the coordinator via email at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it to inform them of how much space you will require for your creation(s), preferably stating what sort of creation (space ship, street scene, moonbase module, train, pirate ship, castle, etc. and the size so we can ensure we have enough space for all creations in each category.
3. Contact the display coordinator to have your place cards created for you. This needs to be completed prior to January 19th, 2010.
4. Bring your creations in either on the Friday afternoon (after 5pm) or on the Saturday morning (before 10am)

Some hints and tips for displaying MOCs

1. Think about how your MOC will look on a table. Add some scenery or additonal baseplates, if appropriate.
2. Don't crowd your MOCs together. People need to be able to see all of the different features you've spent time creating so give them the room to see it all.
   
3. Check that all of your parts are secure and won't fall over if knocked.
4. Dust your MOC prior to the display. A clean paintbrush makes a good duster. 
5. Prepare your place cards before the event so people know who created the MOC and what it is called.
